Refund policy

Here at Stets & Styles, we stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be happy with them too! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@stetsandstyles.com and we will be happy to help.

Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges within 30 days of order date. We will send you a free, prepaid shipping label to send back the items you would like to exchange.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of order date for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process a refund within 5-7 days. We charge a $6 processing fee which covers the cost of the return shipping label. 

All products must be unworn, in their original condition with the tie wrap.

**All sale items, Monday Markdown & Christmas are marked final and cannot be returned/exchanged.
